Anna Smith
CO-FOUNDER / LPC (She/Her)
Are you tired of wearing uncomfortable masks every day? Ever feel like you’ve lost touch with your true self? If so, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to heal alone. We can work together to help you rediscover the parts of yourself that have been hidden or dismissed, and to build a life that feels more authentic and peaceful.
I believe the strongest relationship you can have is with yourself. Many of my clients are undiagnosed, newly diagnosed, or questioning whether they may be neurodivergent. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be to spend years high-masking, trying to meet expectations in environments that weren’t designed for your brain. My role is to offer a space where you can finally unmask without fear, pressure, or judgment, and begin rebuilding trust with yourself.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP). I’m also a late-identified neurodivergent clinician who has spent much of my life navigating masking, trauma, and perfectionism. These experiences deeply inform my work, allowing me to meet clients with both professional expertise and lived understanding.
After earning my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2018, I spent several years in community-based mental health before co-founding Clinical Healing and Mindfulness Practices (CHAMP LLC) in 2023. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, grounded in empathy and open communication. I prioritize creating a safe, genuine environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, process trauma, and develop sustainable self-compassion.
Healing begins when we stop performing and start listening to our bodies, our boundaries, and our needs. Whether you’re just beginning to question your neurodivergence or are seeking a therapist who truly understands what it means to mask, this is a space where you can finally exhale and be fully yourself.
